Launching a website isn’t the finish line — a site needs ongoing attention to stay secure and fast.

## Core & Plugin Updates
WordPress core, themes and plugins need regular updates to patch security issues and stay compatible with each other.

## Backups
Regular backups mean a mistake, hack, or hosting issue doesn’t mean losing the whole site.

## Uptime & Security Monitoring
Knowing immediately if a site goes down or shows signs of a security issue saves a lot of damage control later.

## Content Updates
Pricing changes, new services, seasonal offers — a website should be kept current, not left static for years.

Most of my clients move to a simple monthly maintenance plan after launch so they don’t have to think about any of this themselves.
